Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, damaged, or altered items.

Discounted items or products purchased during promotions.

Personal-use items (such as in-ear earphones) if opened.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by MOBISTORE.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

MOBISTORE will cover all shipping costs in such cases.
